I had just made some really yummy shrimp tacos with chopped cabbage, salsa and (surprisingly enough), peanut sauce. Turned out GREAT!

Just made a simple tofu dish with minced meat, fermented bean paste, grated ginger, chopped garlic and a little bit of cornstarch solution. it's good to go along with rice.

If it has meat, isn't it a meat dish?

Hard for me to suggest something different, since I don't know what would be the same.

Change your broth from red to white or vice versa.

Change or add vegetables.  make it like chili with cumino and spice.

I keep on changing veggies from time to time but adding chilli with cumino and spice would definitely add flavor and taste -- more chili would be like breathe of the dragon yet it will stimulates the appetite. Thanks for the idea again frank.
