Barbequeing a chicken is a great way to entertain and to cook.  A barbeque, though, has to be done right if you don't want to get sick or hurt.  Chicken is perhaps the best meat for a barbeque.  There's a great article at:

Does anyone have any other ideas?

Why do you think chicken is the best meat for a barbecue?

Just about any food preparation must be done correctly to avoid risk of illness or injury.  I don't think it is any more likely at a BBQ.

Chicken is economical.  Chicken is a meat that most everybody likes.  Barbequed chicken is one of my favorites.  Also, chicken is not as hard to digest as some other meats.

Well, they certainly are good reasons for you to think it is the best for BBQ.

If I was worried about my digestion, heck I wouldn't be eating BBQ in the first place.

Personally, I think chicken shows much better in other cooking methods and ribs in particular show better in BBQ.

There's nothing like a mixed grill platter though - always room for a little chicken.

I love chicken barbecue than the pork barbecue.
