Pork with Rice (Spanish pork)

Spanish Pork with Rice
 
Pork chops - cut in pieces (7 chops)
2 large cans of crushed tomatoes
sliced green peppers (as many as 5 fresh peppers depending on size)
1-2 onions, cut in slices
celery, about 2 stalks, cut in pieces
4 teaspoons chili powder (more to taste)
3 cans of string beans
2 teaspoons paprika
1 teaspoon salt
some black pepper to taste
fresh garlic a few cloves cut in small pieces
 
Sauté pork and sliced onions. Add tomatoes, celery, chili, salt, pepper and paprika.
After 3/4 to 1 hours of cooking add fresh peppers. Later add garlic, then the string beans.
Cook pork about 1 and 1/2 hours
Cook 2 cups of rice 
Serve over rice. Good with garlic bread.
