Sweet And Sour Pork


o 3 pounds Pork; boneless, 2\' strips
o 3 teaspoons Paprika
o 2 tablespoons Shortening
o 2 Small Onions, thin slice
o 2 Green peppers, cut in strips
o 2 tablespoons Brown sugar
o 6 tablespoons Dry milk
o 3 tablespoons Cornstarch
o 2 Chicken bou\'ln cubes, crush
o 2 cans Pineapple chunks, 13 1/2 oz. drain, reserve syrup
o 1/2 cup Vinegar
o 1−1/2 tablespoons Soy sauce
o 1−1/2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce

How to make
Sweet And Sour Pork

* Sprinkle pork pieces with paprika.
* Heat shortening in skillet.
*  Saute pork and discard fat.
*  Place meat in removable liner. Add onion and pepper.
* Combine next four ingredients in bowl then add vinegar, soy sauce, Worcestershire sauce and 1 1/3 cup pineapple liquid. (Add water if necessary.)
* Pour entire mixture into removable liner.
*  Place liner in base.
* Cover and cook on low 8−9 hours, high 4−5 hours or auto 6 hours.
* During last 1/2 hour, add pineapple.
* Serve over rice
